To decide if Desert Streams Counseling is for you or your teen, we offer a free 15 minute phone consultation, where we can discuss any questions you have.

75 Minute Intake Session
In our first session, we will identify your mental health goals and concerns, develop a personalized treatment plan, and most of all get to know each other.

50 Minute Individual Session
Individual sessions are $120 for 50 minutes, in-person or online telehealth. These are usually weekly or bi-weekly, and in them we will explore what’s on your mind and develop skills.

5x 50 Minute Individual Sessions
If you book five prepaid, prescheduled sessions, there is a discount of $100. (Note that if you do not appear at an appointment that is part of this offer, you cannot be reimbursed.)
Desert Streams mental health services are available for teenagers and adults.
At this time, we are offering telehealth appointments, or sessions in our office.
Payment is required at or before time of appointment. We accept cash or credit card. We also accept HSA cards.
If you need to cancel an appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. If you “no-show” or cancel within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time, you will be charged for your session.
Desert Streams is not accepting insurance at this time.
