Approach
Stephanie draws primarily from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Exposure Therapy. Her work is highly individualized—tailored to each client’s needs, goals, and personality.
She believes that meaningful change begins with reality acceptance—learning to see life as it truly is, without exaggeration or denial. From this foundation, Stephanie integrates cognitive and behavioral strategies that help clients build new, healing experiences. Over time, these experiences become the building blocks of positive beliefs, healthier habits, and more fulfilling ways of living.
Stephanie’s work is also trauma-informed and sensitive to the role of spirituality and meaning in emotional healing. She views therapy as both a practical and spiritual process—one that honors the mind’s logic, the body’s wisdom, and the soul’s longing for peace. Her goal is to help clients move toward wholeness, self-understanding, and a grounded sense of hope in their daily lives.
